Our organization did not survive the pandemic unscathed.  To help us reform in 2023 we reduced Individual rates from $90 to $50.  Our income is not keeping up with operational costs, in 2025 the membership fee increased slightly to $55.

In 2026, expect to see the current membership period change to 1 year from date of payment and proration eliminated.

DAMA International Education Trifold 

We are all volunteers on the board and are expected to pay for our membership either as individuals or as associates of a member company, we do not receive compensation nor is there currently paid staff to help with operations. We need more than just board members to help on the committees because a committee with one or two members can never be expected to be an effective committee.  If you are interested in volunteering, please email board@damacoc.org

Corporate members: Please provide two billing contacts. If you provide an email distribution group as one of your cluster members, we will send meeting announcements and reminders to your distribution group instead of directly to your associates.  If your associates are not in our contact database, you will need to register them as anonymous guests for meetings.

Individual membership dues do not cover speaker fees.  In order to engage high profile speakers in-person, the chapter works with companies to sponsor their associates and to help us produce engaging events.  Corporate and Corporate Sponsors dues help to cover speaker fees in most cases.  We encourage members practicing for larger engagements to submit papers with estimated time and we will add you to our schedules as opening speakers.
